  • 1 cup Chicken or Beef Stock Homemade is ideal.
For the Finish
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint Chopped.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the meat with spices and cover for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Caramelize onions in vegetable oil over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Sear the marinated meat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Pour in pomegranate molasses and lemon juice, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat and add chicken or beef stock, simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours.
  7. Add freshly chopped parsley and mint just before serving.
  8. Serve the dish with steamed Basmati rice or warm flatbread.
