Step-by-Step Instructions for Pesto Steak
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, and black pepper. Pour over flank steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to high heat (450°F to 500°F), brushing grates with oil to prevent sticking.
  3. In a food processor, combine arugula, basil, olive oil, Parmesan, pine nuts, lemon zest, garlic, and salt. Blend until finely chopped.
  4. Remove steak from marinade and grill for 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Grill corn at the same time for about 10 minutes.
  5. Let steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve with corn, burrata, and pesto.
