Preparation Steps
- Start by measuring 400ml of thickened cream and pour it into the Ninja Creami tub. Add between 150g to 200g of sweetened condensed milk, 200ml of full-fat milk, and 2 teaspoons of vanilla bean paste or extract. Whisk until fully combined.
- Place the Ninja Creami tub without its lid into the freezer for 15 to 24 hours. The mixture should become solid and firm to the touch.
- Remove the tub from the freezer and attach it to the Ninja Creami machine. Select the ice cream function to process your frozen mixture. If the texture appears slightly mashed, respin it to achieve a smooth consistency.
- Serve your creamy vanilla ice cream into bowls and enjoy plain or with your favorite mix-ins. Seal leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer, processing again when ready to serve.
