- Crush the Golden Oreos into fine crumbs. Melt the butter and mix it with the crumbs. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish and chill for 15 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy. Gradually mix in milk, then fold in the Cool Whip. Spread this layer over the chilled Oreo crust and return to the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the Jello according to package instructions. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then pour over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle chopped strawberries on top and refrigerate to set for at least 2 hours.
- Once the Jello is set, spread the remaining Cool Whip over the Jello layer and garnish with fresh strawberries. Chill before serving.
- Cover lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing and serving.
