- Wash and chop the bok choy, slice the green onions, and roughly chop the cilantro. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the dumplings in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Add the prepared sauce and chopped bok choy to the skillet. Stir gently to coat the dumplings and bok choy. Cover and steam for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
