Cooking Steps
- Melt butter in a Dutch oven. Stir in minced garlic and panko breadcrumbs, sauté for 3 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.
- Wipe down the pot, add olive oil and chicken, cooking for 5 minutes until browned. Add onion, garlic, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 3 minutes.

- Remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, and basil until melted.
