  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon optional
Topping
  • 3/4 cup butter very thinly sliced

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Pour the sliced peaches along with their syrup into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  3. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix evenly over the layer of peaches without mixing.
  4. Slice the cold butter very thinly and scatter the slices over the top of the cake mix.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes until the top is golden brown and edges are bubbling.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving warm, preferably with ice cream.
