- Start by washing your large English cucumber and chopping it into smaller pieces for easier blending. Next, peel and chop the pineapple into bite-sized pieces, ensuring to remove the hard core. Gather your freshly squeezed lime juice, grated ginger, and mint leaves.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the chopped cucumber, pineapple, lime juice, ginger, mint leaves, and 4 cups of water. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until smooth.
- If you prefer a sweeter taste, feel free to add a tablespoon or two of pure maple syrup to the blender and blend for an additional 10 seconds.
- To achieve a smoother texture, place a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl or pitcher. Carefully pour the blended mixture into the strainer, allowing the liquid to pass through while keeping the pulp behind.
