  • 3 cups Sprite or 7UP Sparkling water can be a substitute.

  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks Freeze small pieces to use as natural ice cubes.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pitcher, combine 4 cups of DOLE pineapple juice and 1 cup of pink lemonade mix. Stir gently for about 1-2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  2. Just before serving, pour in 3 cups of Sprite or 7UP into the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice, then pour the fizzy drink about three-quarters full.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and frozen pineapple chunks, then serve immediately.
