Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. After soaking, thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  4. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway until chicken is golden brown and juices run clear.
  5. Remove from grill and sprinkle remaining parmesan on skewers while hot.
