Ingredients
  

For the Tea Base
  • 4 cups Filtered Water Essential for brewing
  • 6 bags Black Tea Loose leaf tea can also be used
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Can be substituted with sugar or agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice Fresh lime juice can be a substitute
For the Fruit
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries Frozen can be used if fresh are unavailable
  • 2 medium Peaches Any sweet stone fruit can be substituted
For the Herbaceous Touch
  • 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary or Mint Use mint for a refreshing twist
For Serving
  • as needed Ice Cubes Consider making ice from brewed tea

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring 4 cups of filtered water to a rolling boil in a large pot. Once boiling, remove the pot from heat and steep 6 black tea bags for 5-7 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir in honey until fully dissolved.
  2. Add 4 cups of cold water and 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice to the brewed tea and stir well.
  3. Muddle half of the fresh raspberries in a separate bowl, then add them to the tea mixture along with remaining raspberries and sliced peaches.
  4. Cover tea mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. To serve, fill tall glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice. Garnish with additional peach slices and herb sprigs.
