Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by adding 5-6 fresh blackberries and 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler to gently crush the blackberries until they’re completely mashed.
  2. Next, pour in 2 ounces of quality tequila, 1 ounce of orange liqueur, and 2 ounces of coconut cream into the shaker. Add ice and shake for about 20 seconds until well-combined and chilled.
  3. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it into granulated sugar to coat the rim evenly.
  4. Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice and strain the cocktail mixture into the glass, leaving any blackberry seeds behind.
  5. Garnish with the remaining blackberries on top and serve immediately.
