Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and peel the cucumbers. Chop into smaller pieces and blend until smooth.

  3. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar to the cucumber juice, stir until sugar dissolves.
  4. Pour in cold water and mix well, adjusting the sugar or lemon juice if needed.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
