Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather fresh dandelions, tea bags, sugar or honey, and filtered water.
  2. Rinse the fresh dandelions thoroughly in a fine mesh strainer under cool running water.
  3. Bring about 4 cups of water to a rolling boil in a kettle.
  4. Place tea bags and prepared dandelions in a gallon container and pour in boiling water to steep for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Strain the tea bags and dandelions from the mixture, then stir in sugar or honey until dissolved.
  6. Fill the rest of the gallon container with cold filtered water and chill in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
