Ingredients
  

Tea Base
  • 4 cups Water Freshly boiled
  • 2 bags Black Tea Use favorite brand
Flavor Infusion
  • 2 medium Fresh Oranges Thinly sliced
  • 3 sprigs Fresh Rosemary Use a few for balance
  • to taste Honey or Sugar Honey adds floral notes
For Serving
  • as needed Ice Cubes Chilled for serving
  • optional Mint Leaves For garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a medium-sized pot until rolling boil.
  2. Remove pot from heat and steep black tea bags, rosemary, and orange zest for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and dissolve desired amount of sugar while the tea is warm.
  4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding solids.
  5. Mix in freshly squeezed juice from two oranges.
  6. Let the tea cool for about 15 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. Serve in tall glasses over ice and garnish with orange slices and rosemary.
