Preparation Steps
- Boil 4 cups of water in a medium-sized pot until rolling boil.
- Remove pot from heat and steep black tea bags, rosemary, and orange zest for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and dissolve desired amount of sugar while the tea is warm.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding solids.
- Mix in freshly squeezed juice from two oranges.
- Let the tea cool for about 15 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve in tall glasses over ice and garnish with orange slices and rosemary.
