Method
 

Instructions
  1. Make Strawberry Syrup: Wash and slice 2 cups of strawberries. Combine with 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes until syrupy. Strain and cool.
  2. Brew the Tea: Boil 2 cups of water. Remove from heat, add 3-4 black tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir in 1/4 cup of sugar. Let cool.
  3. Combine Ingredients: In a pitcher, combine cooled strawberry syrup with brewed tea. Add 2 cups of cold water and the juice of one lemon. Stir well.
  4. Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the tea mixture over. Garnish with mint leaves and strawberry slices.

Notes
