- Wash and hull the strawberries, then blend until smooth to create a puree.
- Mix the strawberry puree with lemon juice and agave syrup in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds using a funnel, leaving space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and cover with lids or foil.
- Freeze the molds for 3-5 hours until the popsicles are solid.
- Remove popsicles by running warm water on the outside of the molds.
