Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cooking the farro according to package instructions, about 20-25 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and set aside to cool.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm farro with kale, cherries, chickpeas, red onion, and artichoke hearts. Gently toss together.
  4. Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle toasted walnuts over the top. Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes before serving.
