  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or any neutral oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika adjust to taste

Preparation
  1. Peel and cube sweet potatoes into 1-inch pieces and mince garlic.
Cooking

  3. Whisk honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and paprika in a bowl, then pour over the sausage and sweet potatoes.
  4. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
