- Boil a large pot of salted water over high heat. Add 300 grams of pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in crushed tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in ½ cup of heavy cream and let simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, combine it with the sauce for an additional minute.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken and sauce until well combined.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the pasta, stirring until melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes if desired, serve hot.
