Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheeseburger Bowls
- Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and cook for 20–25 minutes at 425°F, or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of canola oil. Once hot, add the lean ground beef, seasoning it generously with Cajun seasoning. Cook for about 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In individual serving bowls, layer a generous amount of chopped romaine lettuce as the base. Top each bowl with your cooked Cajun beef, a handful of crispy fries, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Add quartered cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced red onions, and quartered dill pickles to your bowls. Sprinkle crumbled bacon for added crunch if desired.
- Drizzle your assembly with mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard. For a lighter twist, feel free to swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt. Serve immediately.
