Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather a baking sheet and prepare your ingredients.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, Ranch dressing, garlic salt, and onion powder until smooth. Gently fold in chicken, bacon, green onions, and cheese.
  3. Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise and hollow out each half, leaving about an inch of bread on the sides.
  4. Layer the bottom of each hollowed bread half with shredded cheese. Spoon in the filling mixture and top with more cheese.
  5. Brush melted butter over the top of both halves and wrap in aluminum foil.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Unwrap for the last 5 minutes to crisp the crust.
  7. Let it rest for about 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
