- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Wet your hands to prevent sticking, then shape the mixture into 10 to 12 oval or cylindrical forms.
- Preheat the grill to a medium-high setting. Lightly brush the grates with olive oil.
- Carefully place the shaped chicken kofta on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt with lemon juice and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Once cooked, remove the kofta from the grill and serve warm with garlic yogurt sauce.
