Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by chopping your cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces, crumbling the crispy bacon, and slicing the green onions thinly.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until it's crispy. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels, leaving some grease in the skillet.
- Add the chopped cooked chicken to the skillet with the reserved bacon grease, season and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, drizzle in ranch dressing, and stir well.
- Fold in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until the cheese begins to melt.
- To serve, arrange mixed greens on plates, spoon the chicken mixture on top, and finish with halved cherry tomatoes and sliced green onions.
