Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil.
  2. Once the skillet is heated, add 1 pound of ground turkey, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add 1 cup of grated carrot, stirring for an additional 3-4 minutes until softened.
