Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, breaking it into small chunks. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  2. Reduce heat to medium and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Sprinkle cornstarch over the seasoned beef. Stir for 30 seconds to coat the meat.
  4. Remove beef and add beef broth, milk, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Bring to a gentle boil.
  5. Add egg pasta and stir. Cover and reduce heat to low, simmer for 8 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
  6. Return beef to skillet. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until combined.
  7. Stir in paprika and simmer for another 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
