  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground is best.
For Garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Arrange salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet, leaving space for even cooking.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over salmon fillets for an even coating.
  4. Season the fillets with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. In a bowl, mix honey and hot sauce until smooth. Adjust heat level to preference.
  6. Generously spoon the glaze over each salmon fillet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
  8. Let salmon rest for a few minutes after removing from the oven.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
