Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the slow cooker by spraying the insert with cooking spray.

  3. Place the roast in the slow cooker, pour the tomato sauce on top, and layer with peppers, onion, and pepperoncini.

  5. About 30 minutes before serving, preheat the oven to 250°F, slice the rolls and toast them for 5-7 minutes.
