Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Open one can of crescent dough and roll it out, pressing it into the base of the greased baking dish.
  3. Layer in sliced ham, salami, provolone cheese, pepperoni, banana pepper rings, and roasted red peppers over the crescent dough.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese over the fillings, then drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Roll out the second can of crescent dough and cover the filling layer, sealing edges tightly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and top with fresh lettuce and tomato before serving.
