Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Thaw turkey completely and preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Pat turkey dry.

  4. Stuff turkey cavity with onion, garlic, celery, and lemon.

  7. Monitor internal temperature with a thermometer until it reaches 165°F (74°C).
