Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Remove turkey from packaging, rinse, and pat dry. Create pockets under skin for butter.
  3. Spoon compound butter under skin and over the outside of the turkey.

  5. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Roast turkey for approximately 13-15 minutes per pound. Check internal temperature for doneness.
