  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini or mild pickled jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup black olives or pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion or sweet/green onions

Dressing Preparation

Salad Preparation
  1. In a large salad bowl, layer the garden salad mix, followed by sliced tomatoes, pepperoncini, black olives, and red onion.
  2. Add croutons for texture.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Whisk the dressing again and drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle with grated Romano cheese and gently toss to coat.
