- Remove salmon from the skillet and tent with foil to keep warm.
- Whisk together ½ cup of orange juice, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Pour the glaze mixture into the skillet and cook for 30-60 seconds, stirring until slightly thickened.
- Return salmon to the skillet, coat with the glaze, and add fresh orange slices if desired.
