- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of chopped ham, ½ cup of mayonnaise, and ¼ cup of sweet pickle relish. Mix until well blended.
- Taste the Southern Deviled Ham Salad and adjust with more mayonnaise or relish as needed. Mix thoroughly.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve the salad on a platter or directly from the bowl with crackers or on crusty bread.
