- In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed chopped spinach, crumbled feta, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Add the ground turkey to the bowl, along with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried Italian seasoning. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into 1-inch thick patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Alternatively, preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Carefully place the patties into the heated skillet or onto the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the patties from the heat and let them rest for a minute. Serve on hamburger buns with your choice of toppings.
