  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Can substitute with canola or vegetable oil.
For Serving
  • 4 pieces Hamburger Buns Choose whole grain for a healthier option.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed chopped spinach, crumbled feta, and panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Add the ground turkey to the bowl, along with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried Italian seasoning. Mix until just combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into 1-inch thick patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Alternatively, preheat your grill to medium heat.
  5. Carefully place the patties into the heated skillet or onto the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove the patties from the heat and let them rest for a minute. Serve on hamburger buns with your choice of toppings.
