Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs
  • 1 lb Ground Meat beef, turkey, or chicken
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs or regular breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic fresh recommended
  • 1 large Egg or flaxseed egg for vegan
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
For the Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce optional, low-sodium recommended
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice optional

Directions
  1. Begin by gathering all ingredients, including ground meat, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and sauces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Shape about two tablespoons of mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs, yielding around 24.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice.
  5. Place meatballs in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them. Set crockpot to low.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Gently stir meatballs in the sauce before serving, garnishing as desired.
