For the Wrap
  • 4 cups Evol Teriyaki Chicken Frozen Meals or any pre-cooked teriyaki chicken
  • 8 leaves butter or Boston lettuce or romaine/iceberg

Step-by-Step Instructions for Teriyaki Chicken Wraps
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together honey, vegetable oil, rice vinegar, low-sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, creamy peanut butter, salt, sriracha, minced ginger, and minced garlic until smooth and well combined.
  2. In another large bowl, combine the prepared shredded coleslaw, shredded red cabbage, matchstick carrots, diced red bell pepper, cooked and shelled edamame, chopped green onions, salted peanuts, and cilantro. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss everything together until well coated.
  3. While the slaw is marinating, microwave the Evol Teriyaki Chicken Frozen Meals according to the packaging instructions until heated through.
  4. Once the chicken is hot and the slaw has marinated, take your butter or Boston lettuce leaves and arrange them. Spoon a portion of the teriyaki chicken into each leaf, then top with the prepared Asian slaw.
  5. Wrap them up tight and serve immediately.
