Step-by-Step Instructions for Turkey Pesto Sandwich
  1. Spread softened butter generously on one side of each slice of sourdough bread. On the opposite side, layer a hearty amount of pesto.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place one slice of the prepared sourdough bread in the skillet, butter side down, and toast for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
