- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain the tofu, wrap it in a kitchen towel, and press for 10 minutes. Slice into 1/8-inch shavings.
- In a bowl, whisk together the vegetable broth, Bragg’s Liquid Aminos, liquid smoke, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne. Coat the tofu in the marinade and let it soak for at least 10 minutes.
- Arrange the tofu slices on the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
- Allow the tofu to cool for a few minutes before serving or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
