Ingredients
  

Lemonade Base
  • 8 cups Fresh Lemonade If using store-bought, measure out.
  • 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice Fresh is preferred over bottled.
  • 7 cups Water Or use sparkling water for a fizzy version.
  • to taste tablespoons Sugar Honey or agave nectar can replace sugar.
Garnish
  • a few sprigs Fresh Mint Optional garnish for serving.
  • a quarter slices Additional Peach Slices Reserve for garnish.

Method
 

Prepare Lemonade Base
  1. Combine 1 cup of fresh lemon juice with 7 cups of cold water and sugar to taste. Stir well and set aside to chill.
Slice Peaches
  1. Wash and slice the peaches into wedges, reserving a quarter for garnish.
Blend Mixture
  1. Blend the remaining peach slices with 1 cup of the prepared lemonade and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint until smooth.
Mix Together
  1. Pour the peach mixture through a fine mesh strainer into the pitcher of lemonade. Stir well to combine.
Serve
  1. Fill glasses with ice, pour over the Peach Lemonade, and garnish with reserved peach slices, a lemon wedge, and fresh mint.

Notes
