Prepare Lemonade Base
- Combine 1 cup of fresh lemon juice with 7 cups of cold water and sugar to taste. Stir well and set aside to chill.
Slice Peaches
- Wash and slice the peaches into wedges, reserving a quarter for garnish.
Blend Mixture
- Blend the remaining peach slices with 1 cup of the prepared lemonade and 1 tablespoon of fresh mint until smooth.
Mix Together
- Pour the peach mixture through a fine mesh strainer into the pitcher of lemonade. Stir well to combine.
Serve
- Fill glasses with ice, pour over the Peach Lemonade, and garnish with reserved peach slices, a lemon wedge, and fresh mint.
