- Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, warm orange juice, granulated sugar, and active dry yeast, then cover with a towel.
- Once foamy, mix in a large egg and melted butter, then add 3 cups of flour and salt.
- Knead the dough for about 3-5 minutes until smooth; if sticky, sprinkle with more flour.
- Divide the dough into 20 pieces, roll into balls, and place in the baking pan.
- Cover and let rise in a warm area for 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with a beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
