Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Cinnamon-Sugar Rim by combining coarse sugar, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and cayenne pepper, then rim the glass with it.
  2. Mix ingredients in a shaker: pomegranate juice, tangerine juice, tequila, orange liqueur, honey, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Shake the mixture with ice for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  4. Strain the margarita mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
  5. Top off with a splash of ginger beer if desired.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and serve immediately.
