Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Cheese: Start by placing the mozzarella string cheese sticks in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

  3. Coat the Mozzarella: Dip each stick into flour, then egg, and finally the breadcrumb blend. Double coat for extra crunch.
  4. Freeze Again: Return the coated sticks to the freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. Fry: Heat oil to 350°F and fry mozzarella sticks for 1–2 minutes or until golden brown.
