Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook noodles according to package instructions for 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Garlic: Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Cook Chicken: Add 1 pound of sliced chicken breast to skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  4. Add Broccoli: Toss in 2 cups of broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tender.
  5. Combine Sauce: Pour in 1/4 cup of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of chili paste, mixing well and letting it bubble for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Mix Noodles: Add the drained noodles to the skillet and toss to combine, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
