Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlic Chilli Noodles
- Start by bringing a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add your favorite noodles and cook according to the package instructions, usually around 4–8 minutes. Once cooked, drain the noodles in a colander and set aside.
- In a large skillet or non-stick pan, heat a splash of vegetable broth over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté it for about 30 seconds until it's golden and fragrant.
- Pour in the vegetable broth, low-sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar, and Korean chili powder. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Once the sauce is ready, add the drained noodles to the skillet. Toss the noodles gently with the sauce, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Transfer your Garlic Chilli Noodles to a serving dish while still hot. Sprinkle some chopped green onions or sesame seeds on top and serve.
