  • 1 cup Feta Cheese Crumbled for flavor infusion.
  • 1/2 cup Milk or Cream Interchangeable with full-fat for richness.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Butter For sautéing spinach and greasing pan.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Essential for flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Essential for flavor.
Optional Ingredients
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for added flavor.
  • 1 medium Onion Sautéed for sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs Such as dill or chives for flavor enhancement.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your skillet with olive oil or butter.
  2. Sauté fresh spinach in the skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the sautéed spinach across the skillet, then pour the egg mixture over it. Crumble feta on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes until the edges are set but the center has a slight wobble.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm or at room temperature.
