Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your skillet with olive oil or butter.
- Sauté fresh spinach in the skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or cream, and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the sautéed spinach across the skillet, then pour the egg mixture over it. Crumble feta on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes until the edges are set but the center has a slight wobble.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm or at room temperature.
