Step-by-Step Instructions for Spinach Puda
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of gram flour and 3/4 to 1 cup of water until smooth. Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Fold in 1 cup chopped spinach, 1/4 cup onions, 1 green chili, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Add spices and mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet and drizzle oil. Wait until hot before adding batter.
  4. Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet, shaping into a circle. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to brown.
  5. Flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Ensure it is golden and firm.
