- In a mixing bowl, combine the reserved zucchini flesh, feta cheese, halved cherry tomatoes, cream cheese, and chopped garlic.
- Add dried oregano, a drizzle of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste to the filling mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into each hollowed zucchini half and place them in a lightly oiled baking dish.
