Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it's about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Brush the rolled-out puff pastry with melted butter, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly across.
  5. Cut the dough into 1-inch strips, twist each strip several times and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Optionally, brush with an egg wash, then bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy warm!
