Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice the sausage into even rounds, about 1-inch pieces. Mince the garlic cloves.
  2. Bring salted water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausage in a single layer and brown for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a bowl until smooth and sticky.
  5. Add minced garlic to the skillet with browned sausage and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the sausage, increase heat, and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Toss the drained pasta in the skillet with the sauce and sausage, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes to blend flavors.
